Proverbs 27:4-6

American Standard Version

⁴ Wrath is cruel, and anger is ^[a]overwhelming;
But who is able to stand before jealousy?
⁵ Better is open rebuke
Than love that is hidden.
⁶ Faithful are the wounds of a friend;
But the kisses of an enemy are profuse.
